Date formatting - HELP PLEASE!!

Hi All!,


I have a file with four dates start dates and end dates for a particular task.

The problem is that some cells have US date format and others have UK.

There is over 20k rows so manual edit is next to impossible,

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Highlight col B, Goto Data>Text to Column, Next next till the last screen select Date = MDY or DMY

Repeat the same for the rest of the date column

It is imposible to identify what is under UK and is under US, especialy, "09/10/2020", though its is September, but actually it need to be October.

According to the sample, I found down that date_numbers are "mm/dd/yyyy" (cell B2:B4) and right-margin, while B5:B11 are "dd/mm/yyyy" and left margin (date-text). So in next column, i.e, J2:
