add count to cell

Good afternoon everyone

I cant seem to find the right way to do this right now I am doing =TEXTJOIN and have to do each set of 7 one by one which is working just very slow as i need to do around 200 sets of 7
I have tried auto fill with 3 sets of 7 and it does not seem to work

I need to change the middle number in set of 7
from 001 all the way to 044
