Multiple column values into separate rows

Hi all,

Not sure if this is possible through formulas or tools, but is there a way to convert a table so where if a row has a value in a column, that generates a row per column? Essentially, I need a list of users and the courses they have taken. I am attaching a brief mockup of what I'm trying to do. Would this need to be done through macros?
