Conditional Formatting conflicts based on 3 condtions

Hello, I am making a room booking document and I have a question about formulas for conditional formatting
1-On the "Bookings" sheet I would like to highlight any Room with date/time conflicts in Column J with red so that I can change it easily, its already highlighting any overlap in time but I can't figure out how to set it up so its checking for the same room in column B first and then the times in column I/J and then highlighting only the cells where both the time and room are a conflict.


Can someone help with this?

My apologies, I forgot to say that the formulas in columns I:J are changed also.
The formula as first placed in cell I2, and then copied over and down, is: =SUM($A2,E2)
Both columns are custom formatted: m/d/yyyy hh:mm
