Excel external reference link to cell

Hi guys, I need help binding cells from another excel document.

Is there any chance to make link to Book1 workbook cell (from current active Book1 sheet) or if not, is there any option to add date from F5 cell to forumula like ='[Book1]F5'!C6 insted of ='[Book1]16.09'!C6

Don't work (#REF)

Works fine on my end....

You can check the attached workbooks and note that both of the workbooks should be opened.

Now works but I find what is problem with my Book2 workbook.

In cell F5 if I have =TODAY()+1 formatted as date dd.mm i get #REF error but if i type 16.09 as text it works.

Is there any opinion to convert =TODAY()+1 to text ?

Edit: I found solution. In F6 I added =TEXT(F5,dd.mm)
