I have a really long spreadsheet that keeps track of data for residents, both past and current. I want to make a formula in column C (lets say cell C100) that, when a value is entered into cell B100, it searches for that value in past entries of column B and when it finds one (lets say in cell B25), takes the value in C25 and returns it as the answer. Kind of like this:

So basically I want to put the formula into C7 and have it look at B7, see LotR, look up through the column until it finds a previous entry of LotR in B3, look at C3, read Kitchen and return it to C7.
Is that even possible and, if so, how do I do it?
