Employees Attendance sheet (First In Last Out)

Hello everyone.

I have an employee attendance sheet based on a timing system applied on a factory . When i generate a report from the system it always contains all the transactions for every employee. in our factory we have multi "IN gates" and multi "OUT Gates". I need a formula to get only the first IN and the last OUT on "READER Column" and delete the other transactions So i can calculate the real attendance time.

Is this a typical order of events - there is a 'clock in' after the last 'clock out'.
I would have expected the recordings to be in time order - not grouped as 'ins' and 'outs'
a larger sample might be of more assistance.
