    Assign NOTE to Cells

In A1:A10 , I have cells with Text

In D1:D10 , I have identical Text like in A1:A10
    And in E1:E10 , I have a description of D1:D10

Could I assign NOTE to cells in A1:A10 from D1:E10 ?
    Like : VLOOKUP(A1,D1:E10,2,0) ?

    Re: Assign NOTE to Cells

    Go to the Insert Menu
In the block that says Text - click down arrow next to Text Box
You can choose Vertical or Horizontal box
Drag the box how big/small you want it
    Enter your text inside.

    Re: Assign NOTE to Cells

Well, Text Note I want in A1,A2,A3....A10
But I want to add it automatic (not type) from Range D1:E10
    Since A1=D1, A2=D2...
I want to add automatic note like vlookup(a1,d1:e10,2,0)
In E is text I want to add

    So add automatic E1 to A1 note, E2 to A2 note ....
    Is this possible ?

    Re: Assign NOTE to Cells

    Is this what you want?
    Type a value in A1
Then right-click A1 and Insert Comment
Yellow box appears - type in what you want, then click outside that box
Then if you copy A1 to D1, the comment copies too.

If you want the same identical text in D1 to D10, then you can copy D1 all the way down and comment will move with you, just change the values in those cells.
