    Formula or VBA -Schedule

    Hi All,Have partly done what I need with formula and Conditional Formatting I need the table to populate appropriate slots for the week scheduled determined by the given frequency of the task.Cell to have the Frequency number to work with Conditional formatting

    I got what I wanted to work.Appreciate your help Jose but formula you gave ,I could get to work, probably me ,not your work I would think

    Cycle of 1 (Daily) 7(weekly) Days
    (14)2 weeks,(30)4 weeks,(60)8 weeks,(90)12 weeks (120)etc(180)etc(365)etc
    I can select the week of year to commence cycle so that weekly loads can be adjusted, and when I do,change that number, the whole row adjusts to keep that frequency
    I would be interested to know if it could have been done easier, instead of having a worksheet for each days cycle ie 1,7,14,30 etc etc

    I use a table to get the number of weeks in BG4:BH12
    The formula must be updated to
