make word file from excel data

I have many test for my students in Word. Every time i make a new and copy and paste some questions. This is a very time consuming proces. I want to make a database of test questions in Excel. Every time I have to make a new test I would like to select certain questions from my Excel list (according to difficulty, grade ...) and convert the selected questions to a test in Word into a certain lay-out (header, every question a number ...). Is this possible?

Please upload a small clean sample of your data / workbook (not a picture) to the forum, Make sure you
have removed any private information, remember this is a public forum and so available to anyone.
We would like to see an example of your data and also a manual mock up of the expected results you want to achieve.

I think that would be possible an extra added sheet to your workbook.

Sheet 1 has all questions.
In sheet 2 you create a fixed format, depending on your excel skills, theres more ways to fill the Excel. (dropdown, vlookup)
(Fixed formats are far from ideal though, one question has large text, others smaller.)

Technically achievable? Yes
Easy and timesaving? Not sure, as Excel isnt really suited to be a word-processor; you might end up having to spend much time on lay-out on every file.
