Formula help for to make a Sort, Unique list

I required a formula help for to make a unique list, here i have used a formula.

=SORT(UNIQUE(FILTERXML("<a><b>"&TEXTJOIN("</b><b>",1,'GRP & GRE Pipe Fittings - Gulf '!F8:F702)&"</b></a>","//b"))) but is it returns as #VALUE!


Could you please someone help to get solution.
