1st create a small table with scores and grades, like this...
H I 13 0 1 14 60 2 15 80 3 16 100 4 17 150 5
I put this in H13:I17H
Then use this formula to get your grades...
=VLOOKUP(B2,$H$13:$I$17,2)
copied down
