Generating all possible combinations from my list?

I have a list of conditions/criteria/filters for horse racing strategies. I have each type put into separate groups and what I'm trying to do is, in Excel, produce lists of all the possible combinations containing ONE from each group below. Can this be done in Excel or would I need something else? Here's what I have. As you can see, I have separated each group with a line:
