taxi fare equation help

hello. Im sorry but could you help me.

I need an excel equation for the first 3 miles at $7.87 per mile, $3.50 per mile for the next 7 miles and $3.25 per mile after that. Then multiplied by 1.27 (27 percent) which is actually the total of a 3%, 11% and 13% charge. could you help me?

If cell B5 = total distance travelled, then taxi fare = (MIN(B5,3)*7.87+MIN(MAX(B5-3,0),10-3)*3.5+MAX(B5-10,0)*3.25)*1.27
