Lookup in same Power Query table

Hi all

Im wondering what the proper way of making a lookup (or index/match) in the same table in power query is.

Lets say I have this table:

If I want to return the Name of the Parent, I can do this in a formula, by Vlookup or Index/Match, to return this (ie lookup the Name of the Parent ID):

But what is the proper way to do that in power query?

I can do it my merging the query with itself, but that seems a bit excessive, so im wondering what the right way is, also in terms of performance.
