This workbook manages whether we run performances for a choir and which songs can be performed.
Currently it tallies up how many in each part are available, but I'd like row 37 and below to look at who has said they're available for each date (Rows 2-24) and then, referencing which solos those available people have said they can do (Solos sheet, C2:I24) then list out which solos can be performed in Row 37 down in the Attendance Sheet.

Not too difficult, but I wonder with each date,.i.e, 22-Nov in column C, we need 2 columns, one for name and another for song. If not, we could list only one, name or song.

I only need to list each song, the section above already makes it easy to identify who'd be at each performance, just hoping to then reference that against the songs to show what can be performed. It's not necessary to know which person each song is made available by if that makes sense.
With the both lists (in attendance and Solos sheet) are exactly the same (name and order)
try in C37:
**Array formulas are not entered in the same way as 'standard' formulas. Instead of pressing just ENTER, you first hold down CTRL and SHIFT, and only then press ENTER. If you've done it correctly, you'll notice Excel puts curly brackets {} around the formula (though do not attempt to manually insert these yourself).
