I have this simple formula : FILTER(RANGE,CONDITION)
But if in Range are Empty cells, with formula I get 0 for those cells
So then I replaced with IF(FILTER(RANGE,CONDITION)="","",FILTER(RANGE,CONDITION))
How can I write it different way ?

You show your Excel version as 2016, but if so, you don't have the FILTER function. If you do have the FILTER function, you should update your profile to show all the Excel versions you use.
Do you need the blank cells returned? If not,
