    Sensitivity Analysis for Multiple Criteria

    Hi All,

I'm trying to do a sensitivity analysis of a cost vs revenue for a real estate project.

The problem I'm having is that the cost side includes multiple items like construction cost, infrastructure cost, landscaping cost and the revenue includes revenue from different items.

How can I present a sensitivity analysis that will have

    Cost at 90%, 95% 100%,105%, 110%
    Revenue at 90%, 95% 100%,105%, 110%

Thank you in advance for your help

Re: Sensitivity Analysis for Multiple Criteria

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Probably by using functions like SUMIFS().
For a more considered comment you'll need to upload the workbook and manually add your expected results so we can understand the arithmetic you're using.

Without knowing the formula that will act as output formula, bit hard to help you.

It's done using two independent variables (such as Sales Price & Unit of Sales or using NPV... cost of capital & initial investment).
And then creating 2 variable data table and performing what if analysis on it.

    Have a read of following.
