Filter 10% highest value of a column

Good afternoon community
I want to filter the 10% highest value of the column H.
Do you know which formula is working? The worksheet to find these data is below "CI_Accessory_Template.xlsm".

Have you tried to use built in filtering? You can use top10 filter and set it to top 10 percent
