Question How do I extract info from my 'Data Sheet' to my 'Functions' sheet and use countif within

I have a data sheet and I typed my functions in my Function sheet based on the data from the Data Sheet. I'm only getting the result of the first set of cells i used in my function (which is Nested IF, AND, OR). So how would I go about using countif to count the results up in my FUNCTIONS sheet? Normally, I used to do everthing on one sheet and had a separate column for the functions and I just dragged down the formula using autofill but seeing as how I'm on a different sheet, it's more complicated for me. Can you please help?
