Hi,
Having problems with conditional formatting. On Cell D338, I've tried everything and not sure why it does not work. From the Cell D, I would like to copy the formula across.
E.g change the list to Spanish it should change the colour of the 11 cells and the one currently on would change colour but it does not.
Any help on why this is not working?

Change the rule to this:
=COUNTIF($D$339:$E$351,"Spanish")>0

Nope, I'm sure I already seen it, but can't seem to find it, so I thought I'd ask politely.
And I remember answering : "lots of colours and lots of merged cells"
