My PQ shows errors in every record in file:

Can someone advise how I can identify the errors. Attached file showing in column A my PQ codes and the Errors in column C.

Click on the 6559 errors link, and it will take you to the PQ editor and show you which columns are causing the errors.

You should look at the table that is shown in PQ for the errors to see which columns have the problems. For any error item you should be able to click it to see what the specific problem was. It looks like you probably have a lot of data that doesn't match the expected data type for its column.
