Extracting values

Hi, is there a way to extract a table with values that comes from references just as values? I have a table, and all cells show referenced values from other sheets. For instance, G5 is ='Sheet 1'!$U$28, which is 49. Is there a way to copy a table full of references like this just as values and paste it to a completely new Excel file without involving the calculations, formulas and references but just the results.
