making a top and bottom list

    Hi everyone,

I am looking into how to a graphic similar with the one below for the 3 top industries and the 3 bottom ones:

    Attachment 706346

I have created a pivot table that shows the industries and the times it was a minus for me and a plus.

    Attachment 706345

I have managed to use the difference from but I get the values on the wrong column ( I would like to get it on the grand total column instead )

    Attachment 706347

do you have an idea on how can I achieve this?

thank you very much in advance

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

Since the first three attachments in post #1 yield "Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" messages, it is hard to know what you want, however based on the file I am guessing that it is something like the pivot tables on the PT from DM sheet in the file attached to this post.
The pivot tables are produced from a data model which has the following measure (Top/Bottom Industries):
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

The pivot tables both have Industry in the Rows area and the Top/Bottom Industries measure in the Values area.
The pivot table on the left is value filtered to display the top 3 and the pivot table on the right is value filtered to display the bottom 3.
Let us know if you have any questions.
