errors after converting csv to excel file

Hello there!

after doing this procedure of converting the csv file to excel format: open excel empty sheet - Data - From Text/CSV - choose the file - import - load I have the following notice in the upper right corner under "Queries and Connections" - "Queries" : 25.444 rows loaded.1020 errors.

Please, what could be the root of this problem and how it can be solved?

Any tips and help are much appreciated!
