Dear All i would appreciate your help please find attached the file which the cells in A12:A38 and B12:B38 contains a vlookup formula
the file provide the attandence sheet of each department which the look-up array is C7 so by changing the vale in C7 by the drop down the values in colomns A & B changed
I would appreciate if we can add a formula or vba that hide the rows that did not provide any data ater changing the value in C7 when we want to print the sheet
if any more information regardings or in missing detailes i would appreciate replying you
