Lookup result with 2 variables and copy the result formatting

I have category A to R going from 1 to 180 days with different results per category.
How do I get the result based on 2 variables, category and days.
The formatting should also be the same for each result.
Please refer to the attached file for details.

    Thanks in advance.

Try this in C2 and copy down:
    =INDEX($F$2:$K$19,XMATCH(A2,$E$2:$E$19,0),XMATCH(B2,$F$1:$K$1,1))

The attached has Conditional formatting applied to match the formatting of the grid.

Thank you. This worked perfectly. (for my office 365).
Just a note, the formula only works on office 365 and will not work on previous versions of excel.

Yes, that's because of the XMATCH was used and I saw you were using O365. Could make it work with just Match, but you'd have to make sure everything was sorted properly.

I tried to run the formula but it don't seem to work on some cells. e.g. row 8: Category is A & Days is 161. Result should be 4 but instead it's showing 3. I have already arranged the category from smallest to largest.
