Populate Cell with specific Date

Hopefully a really simple question.

I want to add a specific date, for example 01/01/1985, to a cell if A2 contains a Yes add "Specific Date" to B2. Is this possible?

I know I can add todays date and add or subtract days using Today() or Now() but want it to always add this specific date to B2 if A1 contains a Yes.

First you say you have a text in cell A2 that says "Yes add xx/xx/xxxx to B2" and you want to extract "xx/xx/xxxx" somewhere undefined.
But then you say if cell A1 contains "Yes" you want to add "xx/xx/xxxx" in B2. Given that xx/xx/xxxx seems to be a fixed value.

Which version is it ?
The second one is veeery easy so it's probably not what you are asking for.
