Can anyone help me figure out how (without scrolling) to view more columns on the monitor. I am using Excel 97, and it will not allow me to increase the width of the window for a workbook beyond a certain point (about 22 columns of normal width). If the Excel window is larger than this maximum workbook width, the additional area is simply a blank gray space (I am attaching a screen shot), and the only way I can see more columns is to scroll to them. I know the computer is capable of displaying more column on the monitor, because when I open a new workbook it initially fills the entire screen, but when I save it, or touch the maximize or minimize button, the workbook screen shrinks to this arbitrary maximum size, and I have not been able to find any way to enlarge it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
