Am I able to have 3 people using one excel workbook if not in teams

Hi

I have a excel workbook of which has 3 named sheets. 1 person will each have a sheet. Is there anyway I can have the book open for all 3 people at the same time and not have as read only?

use share workbook on Review tab to switch on shared mode. There will be some restrictions to modified work book but all users will work at the same time.
