How to extract unique ids in order to pivot them (not removing them)

Hello friends,

I have a question. Will be very grateful if someone can help me.

I need to have a unique count of order IDs in column B.

For example, column A has 5 S01-1217855-6422013 and later 2 S01-3290782-2346839 etc. They are duplicates but I cannot remove those duplicates because they are connected to an another criterion (ASIN number, they differ for duplicates).

At the end, I want to pivot data based on the unique count of order id and not based on the line level (with duplicates).

Does anyone know?

Try this array formula in B2. Paste it and confirm with Ctrl+Shift+Enter instead of just Enter. Then copy down.

However, it is not completly what I need.

I need not just to filter duplicates but I need to have in Column B 1 unique order IDs in front of their group.

The reason is that later I plan to pivot that unique order id and compare it to how fast the order was shipped. So this unique order id needs to be on the same row with the information how fast the order was shipped.

Order count is great, it matches, but with the formula that you have provided I get a list of all unique orders and they are not on the same row with other specifics of the order.

If you may know, please let me know.
