Paste as Value on Visible Selected Range

Good morning All,

Attached is a sample data with some hidden columns and filtered rows. Is there a way to run a code to complete Steps 1 & 2 below ?

Step 1 - Let me select a range on active worksheet (instead of code with a fixed range) In this example I would select from B1 to H25.
Step 2 - Copy, then paste as value on top of the above selected range

The tricky part is that the selected range in Step 1 have filtered rows and hidden columns, so the Step 2 should apply only to what is visible from B1 to H25. Cells with formulas in hidden columns and rows should keep their formulas.
