Copying/ pasting data from sequential cells in different worksheets

I'm trying to copy data from cells located in "sheet 1" worksheet that I enter data into then paste it in "sheet 2" worksheet. The "sheet 2" I'm trying to paste the data linked from "sheet 1" will summarize what that person's efficiency is each week. The problem I'm having is when I try to copy my data I can't do it quickly, I would have to hand enter each line. I have attached a picture of "sheet 1" that and those percentages are what I'm trying to pull over to sheet 2. So how do I quickly copy/ paste all these cells down the page in sheet 2? I'm not really sure if I'm using the word sequential cells accurate or not.

    Thanks for the help!

    Welcome to the forum.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

You need to explain again, in more detail, what you want to do. You should manually mock up a few rows in your sample workbook, as explained in the yellow banner, instead of giving us non-functioning formulae.

Re: Copying/ pasting data from sequential cells in different worksheets

You can use this formula in C2 of Sheet1:

=IFERROR(INDEX('3rd Shift Fixture FY21'!$P:$P,MATCH($A$1,'3rd Shift Fixture FY21'!$B$4:$B$16,0)+MATCH(B2,'3rd Shift Fixture FY21'!$B:$B,0)),"")

    then copy down as required.

Note that you have a trailing space after Person 1 in all your tables for the Shift sheet, so these need to be removed (you could use Find & Replace - Ctrl-H) .

    Hope this helps.

    Pete

Wow thanks Pete_UK that worked, I greatly appreciate it! I assume the trailing space you're referring to is the cells like C7 to C10? Rhose will be the spots filled with production numbers during the week.
