Need to do a vlookup that contains two different criteria

I'm doing my own head in here. Can anyone help please?! Its really complicated to explain and I can't attach the spreadie as its full of commercial data.

Basically I am trying to build a KPI performance tracker that will auto populate with the correct Target figure when two criteria are met and then I can work out the difference between the target and actual figures. Theres a load of different clients and each one has 8 different KPI's against them.

It needs to look at the client cell in the pivot filter and then at the Priority (1, 2, 3 etc) column in the pivot then refer back to an array to say 'right the client is Macdonalds' and the Priority for the job is P1 so therefore the target attendance SLA is 1 hour'

or 'the client is Smiths and the priority for the job is P4 so the target attendance SLA is 48 hours'

    Any ideas? All help appreciated...

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

Your Office version is not 10 - that's Windows - please update your forum profile,

Also, please answer the Qs I asked in your other thread... which has not yet been marked as solved.

Hi Sorry for the delay. I've been on leave. Hope you've all had a nice New Year! I've attached a really basic version of what I'm after. Basically I need something in column N against each of the lines under target completion date that will look at cell B1 and column L and put the correct target time in based on the array on the left hand side. Is that possible? Thanks

But you haven't added any manually calculated results to show us what you want ... Please do this and upload the workbook again.

I've attached a really basic version of what I'm after.
I just hope it's representative of your real data.

    Try this:

    =INDEX($B$3:$E$8,MATCH($M$1,$A$3:$A$8,0),MATCH(L4,$B$2:$E$2,0))
