Calculate total rental of different rent rate at specific periods

Hi there!
(Story: Recently, I have rented a unit in a building. The monthly rent rate is based on the area size of the rental unit. Within the 2 years, I have been & will be shifting to a larger rental unit, each being larger than the previous unit. As a result, my monthly rental rate increased in different period, as shown below. )

I would like to ask if there are any useful formulae I can use in calculating the total rental value of the following, from 11 Nov 2020 to 10 Nov 2022:

Start Date: 11 Nov 2020
End Date: 08 Dec 2020
Rental rate for the given period: $255.00/month.

Start Date: 09 Dec 2020
End Date: 22 Jan 2021
Rental rate for the given period: $1,099.00/month.

Start Date: 23 Jan 2021
End Date: 04 April 2021
Rental rate for the given period: $2,511.00/month.

Start Date: 05 April 2021
End Date: 11 May 2022
Rental rate for the given period: $2,987.00/month.

Start Date: 12 May 2022
End Date: 10 Nov 2022
Rental rate for the given period: $3,766.00/month.

Try the attached. Assumes you pay "pro rata" rent if you are there for less than whole months or weeks.

Formula in E3 copied down

=((C3-B3)+1)*((D3*12)/365)

Annualise the rent (D3*12). Divide by 365 to find daily rate. Multiply by number of days rented (C3-B3+1)
