How to distribute a known number evenly across a range in VBA

Hey guys!

I've a problem here, I've been triying to use VBA to distribute a known number evenly across a range in VBA, this also has the restriction that the number must not be over a limit (110) and also, the numbers in the range have to be as equal as possible to each other, here is an example of the data:

the fact is that must be done in VBA but I'm not getting closer to the goal, any ideas?
