I am using a tool to sync data from my online database with excel (Jira). In my work sheet, every row is a new item in the database. The first 3 columns are auto-populated from the cloud. I use the columns after that to add my own comments and details. The problem I have is that when a new item enters the database and is synced to my worksheet, the item rows are bumped down, but the comments i have added dont move down with them. Hence I would like to know if anyone has any tips for forcing rows to stick together - so that no matter what items are added or removed from the database, my worksheet comments stay attached to their corresponding item.
