Retrieving Data from Smartsheet

Hello - I'm hoping that there's an option that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and can utilize Excel's robust features.

I have a smartsheet that I share with 2 other people on monitoring and tracking files. The smartsheet has multiple columns and less than 100 rows at any given time. How would I be able to get that data to automatically sync up to a sheet within an excel workbook? I just need raw data to be available as soon as I open that tab up.

Smartsheet has their data uploader option but you're required to get a business account which is pointless for what I'm trying to accomplish.

Yes, I could export the data and copy and paste it into my excel database, but the data is constantly changing and I don't want to have to download multiple files throughout the day.

I don't care to edit the data within excel outside of being able to copy and paste it into another tab.

With the following instructions you could import to Power Query which will update changes upon refreshing your excel sheet.

I do not use Smartsheet. You may wish to find a Smartsheet forum or do a bit of Google Research.
