I don't understand... You open the CSV in Excel, save it as a TXT, and then???

Your sample file does not bound text string with double quotes.
I've opened it using MS365, and saved it as text file.
Though, if you wanted to keep comma delimiter. I'd just open it in text editor and save as *.txt file.

Hi gLENN
it undergoes a system process. But the double quotes is casuing issues as the system can't work with it with quotes
Hi CK67 I just dont want the quotes please. it is unsuable with my syste, process
What EXACTLY did you DO to get the quotation marks? I cannot reproduce the issue from your limited description.
