    Date formula

    Hi,

I would like to see if anyone can assist me with a date formula,

The the formula would need to do this,

    1. its a formula that will look at only the 5 business days.
    2. if its Monday, i want it to give me the date of previous working day Friday.
    3. If its a Stat on Monday, then on Tuesday I would want it to give me Friday
    4. If the stat is on a Friday and its a Monday, I would like the formula to give me Thursday.

    and that sums it up,

    Thanks soo much,

    Noah

    Re: Date formula

Try to go into more details, for example:
    Assum A1 is input date
    A2 is outcome date

case 1: A1=22-Feb (Monday) then A2=19-Feb (previous Fri)
case 2: A1=23-Feb (Tuesday) then A2=26-Feb (next Fri)
    ...
    and so on...

Attach a sample worksheet with all needed info.
