auto filling week and date fields based on another date value

Hi, for the above image file

is there a way i can input date in column L that the week ending Colum can match that in terms of the end of that 7 day trading week aligned period (column H) and maybe also year ( column E)

so this would mean if I say put in 2/6/20 or 5/6/20 it would give me a week ending value of 7/7/20 for both fields automatically.
