Protecting Name Manager

Hello,
I have functions in Name Manager in my excel
And i wanted to lock Name Manager from changing or watching his containing
It is possible to do that?
Or maybe lock the whole top bar?

Instead of Application.ActiveWorkbook.Names should be ActiveWorkbook.Names

I believe VBA can help, not formula.
I am not familiar with VBA, would suggest you to open new thread in VBA/programming forum to get help.
