Hi guys, would you know how to remove those Blank spaces in a dropdown of Data Validation? As per screenshot and a file itself as well.
Crazy, but I can't seem to find an answer to this one online... Thanking in advance!

go to data>data validation>Capture.PNG
Create a Dynamic Named Range with this formula:
=Settings!$B$2:INDEX(Settings!$B:$B,MATCH("zzz",Settings!$B:$B))
(Next_A) and set it as th ename of the list for the data bvalidation.

Thanks, sudbhavani! That's exactly what I see too... but that doesn't solve the problem... what do we do here to remove those blank spaces? These basically appear because Data Validation has empty cells included, as per Settings page in the file attached.

Thanks, Glenn! Ok, so I got the idea, only that now I try to use your formula, copy/paste but just renamed to next_action, and I still get those blank spaces... Why wouldn't it just work, that same formula you shared?

Reattach the file.
You probably forgot to reset the DV to Next_Action. I guarantee it's showing B2 to B11.
