Conditional formatting to highlight same value in same cells on different tabs

    Hi all,

I'm in need of your expertise.
I've built a new sheet to use daily, but I need to find a way to make each tab, 2pm - 5pm highlight the cell red if the number 1 is contained in the same cell of the previous tab. 1pm tab is when the initial data is pulled.

Please see the attached image and a smaller file version for this to make sense.

So, 5pm, if the number 1 is in the same cell as it is in 4pm tab, it will highlight red on the 5pm tab.
However, I need this to only match the values in Column E to K, excluding the headers.

    Welcome to the forum.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

Thanks, followed these but not allowing the upload due to size, hence the image in its place.
I've created a smaller version with a basic overview and attached this instead.

This formula based proposal may not be as automatic as you would like.
    1. Pick as specific cell, O1 in attached file, on each worksheet to type the name of the previous sheet.
    2. Select the range of cells to be formatted.
    3. Use the following formula as the conditional formatting rule: =INDIRECT("'"&$O$1&"'!"&ADDRESS(ROW(),COLUMN()))=1
