Power Query Unique ID with Cell Value

Hello,

I'm trying to pull data from online and then add a unique ID (Using "From web under Get & Transform Data in Office365). I Can add a UID for the data, however, I want wording before it based on a cell value. Example: In Cell A1, I write "Matt". when the data pulls in, i want the UID to say "Matt-1", "Matt-2", etc.

Is there any way to do this?
