Hi I wonder if anyone can help. I have about 9000 rows in an excel spreadsheet that I have inherited and need help as to how to make it better and more manageable. Also how provide reports from this. I dashboard perhaps?

i think you need to provide more info , mainly about what you want to measure on the dashboard
layout of the data can impact the ease with which multiple dashboard items can be created
We don't know what business you are in, or what KPI's are important to you to see and measure, not any goals/targets or thresholds

Its hospital staff who need to wear masks. The first 4 masks are the only ones we have in stock. So we need to test everyone to wear one if the first 4 masks. The orhers are kind of refdundant for now. I need to produce reports on how many have been tested snd passed on each mask. How many have still to be tested.
The first 4 masks are in order of size to fit the face. Largest to smallest.

Perhaps change the names and use that or row
I have changed First names to ABC-1 through to ABC-7
in column BI - I see a PASS also for A7
I have added a countif() in cell FT
to count Pass in any of the cells
And the only person without a pass is ABC-4
We could introduce named ranges perhaps - or change the range to only include certain masks
But I really dont understand the spreadsheet, and content
I thought as you want to see the number of people who have passed , then this summary at the end of the data , may help produce a report

Maybe a Summary Tab as attached?
