SUMIFS and remove time

Hi there.

I have made a SUMIFS where I want it to SUM some numbers depending on the date. I think my problem is that I try to compare a date like "01-03-2021" with a date+time like "01-03-2021 13:45:10"

If I use Format number on all my dates, it's only hiding the time, not deleting it.

How can I delete the time from the date cell and keep the date ? or if there is a better way to do what I want, I'm open for input
