Golf Skins Calculating

I have read through a few posts about calculating skins, but none of them have helped me at all.

I am trying to highlight the cells that contain a skin, but that won't highlight if there's multiples in the column. I don't want handicaps involved in anything but final scores.

How do I get this form to highlight as I am filling the scores in on my other forms?

Try using formula in conditional formating with this formula:
=AND(RANK(C6,C$6:C$21,1)=1,COUNTIF(C$6:C$21,C6)=1)
Use the same with the correct ranges for the greens course and the river courses.
