Get random value from list based on 1 criterion

I have one table with 2 columns:
1) # column
2) Item column

I would like to have a cell where I enter a number that references the Number column (above) and then picks a random value from the corresponding Item column. I played with Index and Rand() but can't seem to figure it out.

Any help is appreciated, sample workbook attached.
