Comments in excel

New here and looking for help please. Am working in Excel 2007 and have a problem with comments. Majority of the the comments have now decided to disappear off screen. Al I get is a line from the cell to the screen edge. Any ideas on how to return these to the position next to the cell or even on the worksheet would be appreciated.

Didn’t help. However after playing with various things I have managed to get the comments back by the cells but that in itself has produced another problem. Some of the comments when on trying to edit them or view them only show a small line with an arrow head and no matter what I cannot get the comment to open. Will not give up and will post on here if I ever sort it out completely.
